Terms & Conditions for SaaS HBP

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using SaaS HBP on any platform (website, Android, or iOS), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you are using SaaS HBP on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Scope & Platforms

These Terms apply to all users of SaaS HBP across the following platforms:

• Website: saas.bumipertiwi.net
• Android App: SaaS HBP — Google Play Store, published by Aldan Rizki Santosa under Herba Bumi Pertiwi.
• iOS App: SaaS HBP — Apple App Store, published by Aldan Rizki Santosa under Herba Bumi Pertiwi.

3. User Account

To use certain features of SaaS HBP, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Notify Herba Bumi Pertiwi immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Herba Bumi Pertiwi reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are involved in suspicious activity.

4. Use of Service

SaaS HBP is provided by Herba Bumi Pertiwi for operational monitoring purposes, including but not limited to:

• Live Tracking — Real-time location tracking of field personnel.
• Route History — Recording and displaying historical routes and visited locations.
• Activity Management — Managing and monitoring daily operational activities.
• Reporting — Generating operational reports and analytics.
• Notifications — Sending alerts and reminders related to operational activities.

You agree to use SaaS HBP only for its intended purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Prohibited Activities

When using SaaS HBP, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, unauthorized, or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other user accounts, or Herba Bumi Pertiwi's systems or networks.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of SaaS HBP.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
• Use the Service to track or monitor individuals without proper authorization and consent.
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties.

6. Location Data & Consent

SaaS HBP collects and uses precise location data (GPS) as a core feature of the Service. By using SaaS HBP, you acknowledge and consent to:

• The collection of your location data while the app is in the foreground and background.
• The use of foreground services (Android) and background location access (Android and iOS) for continuous tracking.
• The transmission of location data to Herba Bumi Pertiwi's servers for processing and storage.

You may revoke location permissions at any time through your device settings. However, doing so will limit the core functionality of SaaS HBP. For more details on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of SaaS HBP — including but not limited to the design, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and source code — are the exclusive property of Herba Bumi Pertiwi and are protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use SaaS HBP for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms. This license does not grant you any rights to use Herba Bumi Pertiwi's branding, trademarks, or logos without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

SaaS HBP is provided by Herba Bumi Pertiwi on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses.
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of location data or any other data provided through the Service.

GPS accuracy may vary depending on environmental conditions, device hardware, and network availability. Herba Bumi Pertiwi does not guarantee the precision of location data at all times.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Herba Bumi Pertiwi and its developer Aldan Rizki Santosa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
• Damages arising from the use or inability to use SaaS HBP.
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
• Damages caused by inaccurate location data or tracking interruptions.
• Any other damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service.

10. Termination

Herba Bumi Pertiwi reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to SaaS HBP at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Request by law enforcement or government agencies.
• Discontinuation or material modification of the Service.

Upon termination, your right to use SaaS HBP will cease immediately. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at it.herbabumipertiwi@gmail.com.

11. Changes to These Terms

Herba Bumi Pertiwi reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of SaaS HBP after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the use of SaaS HBP shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
